The A.T.A.G. mech is Chapter 10’s headline tool, while Marni’s Clockwork Mantis is the fight that checks whether you understand projectile defense.
Using the Mech
Once Valgash gives access, use the A.T.A.G. mech aggressively against clockwork insects. It saves Kliff’s healing supplies and clears swarms faster than normal combat.
Power Plant Sequence
At the power plant, follow the machine order: release gas, activate the button, then pull the ignition lever. If the mechanism does not update, check each interactive point before leaving.
Clockwork Mantis
Parry readable melee attacks, but respect its ranged bursts. Catch or deflect ranged pressure with Nature’s Snare and Nature’s Retribution instead of trying to roll every projectile.
Quick Tips
- Move away from defeated insects before they explode.
- Do not leave the power plant until the objective confirms activation.
- Mantis ranged attacks are more dangerous than they look.
